OneLimo Website Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Bosgo Transportation LLC ("OneLimo," "we," "us") handles information on the public OneLimo website at www.onelimo.app, including the waitlist. It covers this marketing website only. The authenticated OneLimo products (OneLimo Operations, OneLimo Booking, the Operator App, and Coachman) are not yet generally available and will be covered by their own notices when they launch.

1. Who We Are

OneLimo is operated by Bosgo Transportation LLC, a United States company. This website is intended for business audiences—operators of limousine and chauffeur companies—and for adults 18 and older.

2. Information We Collect

Waitlist submissions. If you join the waitlist, we collect the email address you submit, a label indicating where on the site the form appeared (for example, the top of the homepage, the pricing section, or the footer), and, if you arrived from a pricing plan, the plan you expressed interest in. We do not ask for or collect your name, phone number, address, or payment information on this website.

Website analytics. We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregate website activity: visited page paths, referrers, country, and device, browser, and operating system information. This analytics service is cookieless and does not use persistent identifiers to track you across websites. Before analytics data is sent, we remove URL query strings and fragments and block private routes. Our custom analytics events record only predefined, non-identifying values (for example, which section of the page a form was submitted from)—never names, email addresses, or free-text input. We also use Vercel Speed Insights to measure page performance.

Security and abuse prevention. When you submit the waitlist form, your IP address is used momentarily in server memory to rate-limit abusive traffic. It is not written to our logs or stored in any database. Our server logs for the waitlist endpoint record only a request identifier, the outcome, a status code, and timing—not your email address or IP address.

Correspondence. If you email us, we receive your email address and the contents of your message.

3. What We Do Not Do

• We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
• We do not use advertising networks, tracking pixels, or third-party tracking cookies on this website.
• We do not set cookies or use local storage in our own website code.
• We do not collect payment information on this website.

4. How We Use Information

We use the information described above to:

• send you the launch and product updates you requested when joining the waitlist;
• understand interest in OneLimo and its plans;
• measure and improve how the website performs;
• protect the website and waitlist from abuse; and
• respond when you contact us.

5. Service Providers

We share information only with the service providers that operate this website on our behalf:

• Vercel Inc. hosts the website and provides its content delivery, web analytics, and performance measurement.
• Loops, Inc. receives waitlist submissions (your email address, the form location label, and plan interest) and delivers the product communications you requested.

These providers process information for us under their own security and privacy commitments. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a business transaction such as a merger or acquisition, in which case this policy will continue to apply to previously collected information.

6. Data Retention

We retain waitlist information while it remains reasonably necessary to deliver the communications you requested and to understand launch interest, or until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Aggregate analytics data contains no personal identifiers. Correspondence is retained as long as needed to resolve your request and maintain a record of it.

7. Security

The website is served over HTTPS/TLS. We collect minimal personal information by design, and what we do collect is processed by established providers with their own security programs. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but if we learn of a breach affecting your personal information we will notify you as required by applicable law.

8. Your Choices

• You can browse every public page without joining the waitlist.
• Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link.
• You can email support@onelimo.app at any time to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you.
• Browser and network privacy controls can block our analytics without affecting core site functionality.

9. If You Are a California Resident

This section supplements the rest of this policy and applies to California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA).

In the preceding 12 months we have collected these categories of personal information:

• Identifiers — the email address you submit to the waitlist, and an IP address used transiently for rate limiting and never stored. Source: you, and your device. Disclosed to: our email service provider (email address only) and our hosting provider. Purpose: delivering requested communications and protecting the site.
• Internet or other electronic network activity information — page paths, referrers, and device, browser, and operating system information collected through cookieless analytics. Source: your device. Disclosed to: our hosting and analytics provider. Purpose: understanding aggregate site activity and performance.

We do not collect other categories of personal information on this website, and we do not collect sensitive personal information as defined by the CCPA.

We do not sell personal information and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we have not done so in the preceding 12 months. We have no actual knowledge of selling or sharing the personal information of consumers under 16.

You have the right to know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose; to delete personal information we collected from you; to correct inaccurate personal information; and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Because we operate exclusively online, you can exercise these rights by emailing support@onelimo.app. We will verify your request by confirming control of the email address associated with the information. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with proof of your written authorization.

We retain each category of personal information under the criteria described in the Data retention section above.

10. If You Are in the EU, EEA, UK, or Switzerland

Bosgo Transportation LLC is the controller of personal data described in this policy. We process personal data on these legal bases:

• Consent — sending you waitlist and product communications after you submit the form. You can withdraw consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us; withdrawal does not affect processing that occurred before it.
• Legitimate interests — operating and securing the website, preventing abuse of the waitlist form, and measuring aggregate site activity with cookieless analytics that does not profile you or track you across sites.

You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection (including objection to direct marketing, which we will always honor). We do not make automated decisions about you that produce legal or similarly significant effects. To exercise any right, email support@onelimo.app. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority (in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office).

Our service providers process data in the United States. Where personal data is transferred from the EU, EEA, UK, or Switzerland, our providers rely on recognized transfer safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses and, where applicable, the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

11. Other Jurisdictions

If the law of your jurisdiction grants you rights to access, correct, or delete personal information, you can exercise them by emailing support@onelimo.app, and we will honor them as required by that law.

12. Children

This website is intended for business audiences and users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has submitted personal information to us, contact us and we will delete it.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy when the website or its providers change. The effective date above identifies the current version. If we make material changes, we will post the updated policy on this page with a new effective date.
