OneLimo Website Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the public OneLimo website at www.onelimo.app, including the waitlist (together, the "Site"). The Site is operated by Bosgo Transportation LLC ("OneLimo," "we," "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

These Terms cover this marketing website only. The OneLimo software products (OneLimo Operations, OneLimo Booking, the Operator App, and Coachman) are not yet generally available; when they launch, your use of them will be governed by separate terms presented at sign-up.

1. Eligibility

The Site is intended for business audiences and for individuals 18 years of age or older. By using the Site, you represent that you are at least 18.

2. The Waitlist

Joining the waitlist lets us send you launch and product updates by email. Joining the waitlist:

• does not create an account, a subscription, or any contract for OneLimo products;
• does not guarantee access to any product, feature, launch date, price, or plan; and
• does not obligate you to purchase anything.

You can leave the waitlist at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email we send. You agree to submit only an email address you own or are authorized to use.

3. Pre-Release Information

The Site describes products that are in development. Features, screenshots, pricing, plan structures, and availability shown on the Site are illustrative, subject to change, and may differ from what is ultimately released. We may modify or discontinue any planned product or feature at any time without notice, and nothing on the Site is a commitment to deliver any functionality.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• probe, scan, overload, or interfere with the Site or its infrastructure, or circumvent its rate limits or security measures;
• submit false, misleading, or automated waitlist entries, or use another person's email address without authorization;
• scrape, harvest, or bulk-collect content or data from the Site, including through automated means, except as permitted by a standard search engine's indexing;
• use the Site for any unlawful purpose; or
• misrepresent your affiliation with OneLimo or Bosgo Transportation LLC.

We may suspend or block access to the Site, and remove waitlist entries, at our discretion to protect the Site or other users.

5. Intellectual Property

The Site and its contents—including the OneLimo and Coachman names and logos, text, graphics, images, product designs, and software—are owned by Bosgo Transportation LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to access and view the Site for your personal or internal business evaluation of OneLimo. No other rights are granted. You may not use our names, logos, or trademarks without our prior written permission.

6. Feedback

If you send us feedback, ideas, or suggestions about the Site or upcoming products, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use them without restriction or compensation to you. Do not send us confidential information through the Site.

7. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may link to third-party websites and services, such as app stores. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

8. Disclaimers

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT INFORMATION ON THE SITE—INCLUDING DESCRIPTIONS OF UPCOMING PRODUCTS AND PRICING—IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR CURRENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BOSGO TRANSPORTATION LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, SO SOME OF THESE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bosgo Transportation LLC from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

11. Changes to the Site and These Terms

We may change or discontinue the Site at any time. We may also update these Terms; the effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or the Site will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts, and you consent to their jurisdiction, except that either party may seek relief in small-claims court or injunctive relief for intellectual-property misuse in any court of competent jurisdiction. Nothing in this section overrides consumer-protection rights you hold under the mandatory laws of your place of residence.

13. General

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site and supersede any prior understandings about it. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
